Day 1

Meeting in Barcelos city center at 10:00.

Departure to the first winery. Winery tour with a local guide, inspection of the vineyards, the history of the winery, wine degustation (5 best samples).

Lunch with the national dishes of the region: Cabrito das Terras Altas do Minho, Rojões à Moda do Minho, Jesuítas, wine accompaniment.

Departure to the second winery. Winery tour with a local guide, inspection of the vineyards, the history of the winery, wine degustation (6 samples, could be different).

Dinner in the city, everyone will choose their dishes from the menu.

Hotel check in.

Day 2

Breakfast in the hotel. Hotel check out.

Departure to the winery. Winery tour with a local guide, inspection of the vineyards, the history of the winery, wine degustation (5-6 samples, could be different from tour to tour).

Lunch in the format of a master class. Cooking with the chef: salad, meat dish, dessert. Tea and coffee. Wine accompaniment on request.

Return to Barcelos city center at approximately 18:00.
